Assuming that Britain continues to relax its restrictions and allow American visitors into the country without quarantine, we will offer three “back to back” tours in August and September.
We’ve chosen that time period as being about as late as we can schedule things and still enjoy summer weather and long days of sunlight, with the scheduling giving us the best possible chance of Britain having reopened between now and then.
These three tours are :
Wild Wales

A seven day/six night tour from Chester in the north on or before 20 August, comprehensively going through much/most of Wales, and ending in either Cardiff or Shrewsbury on 26 August.
this tour then connects to join with
Scotland’s Four Corners

A ten day/nine night tour that goes to mainland Scotland’s “four corners”, plus covering plenty of “inbetween” places too. Starts in Glasgow on or before 28 August, ends in Edinburgh on 6 September.
this tour then connects to join with
Overlooked England

A nine day/eight night tour focusing on the south-west of England – the Cotswolds, Wiltshire, Devon and Cornwall. Starts in Salisbury on or before 8 September, ends in Oxford on 16 September.

You can see a summary of how the tours fit together in the table on the left.
To make it 100% flexible for you, you can start any tour at any time, and leave any tour at any time. One possible combination would be to start part-way through the Scotland tour and end part-way through the England tour, enabling you to experience one of the complete “From John O’Groats to Land’s End” journeys from the north-east corner to the south-west corner of Britain that is sort of the British equivalent of a “Route 66 Road Trip” in the US.
You are asked to register for the tours you’d like to join now; but we’ll delay asking for deposits until it seems more certain what Britain will do in August/September.
I hope to see you, then and there!
