It seems the email I sent last week advising
how to get into the Feedblitz system to manage your Travel Insider
Newsletter options wasn't very helpful or intuitive.

So
here
is hopefully a more helpful and very detailed set of step by step
instructions.

But first, I suggest you read this overview
of what your options are.

We now offer six different email versions.
You are free to choose any of them, many of them, or even all of them.

You can choose how often you wish
these to be emailed to you, and whether you wish to be sent the
full text of each entry or a shorter excerpt which you could
then click on to go see the full article text if of interest.

The six options are :

Express :  Each
time we post a blog entry, we email you the full article.
We typically post somewhere between about zero and three
articles per day.

Express Summary
We send you a short excerpt of the first part of each blog
article we write.  If it is of interest, you can click on
it to go read it in full on the website.

Daily Full Text
Early each morning (Pacific time) we send you a complete
compilation of all the previous day's blog entries.  Some
days there are no blog entries, some days there may be two or
three.

Daily Summary
Like the daily full text newsletter, but this one contains the
first part of each blog article and you can click on any of
these to then go and see the full text.

Weekly Full Text
Early every Friday morning (Pacific time) we send you a complete
compilation of all the previous week's blog entries.

Weekly Summary
Like the weekly full text newsletter, but this one contains the
first part of each blog article and you can click on any of
these to then go and see the full text.

When we converted over to the new email
system last week, everyone was, by default, set up to receive the Weekly
Full Text newsletter, this being the new format closest to the earlier
weekly newsletter format.  But you might want to change this
default choice – perhaps you'd prefer the Weekly Summary, and/or perhaps
you'd also prefer faster updates – daily – or the Express option.

Sometimes we have short term specials that
are more time sensitive, so if you get a summary (or full text) version
of the Express or Daily newsletter you can quickly glance at that to see
if there's anything time sensitive, as well as reading the full
compilation once a week on Friday as has formerly been the case.

Anyway, here now is a
help
page
I've created about how to get into Feedblitz and change the
options as you might wish.  And if you're not yet an email reader,
here's a page about the different versions and
how to
sign up for the first time.

Please let me know if this is not self
explanatory or if you have further questions.
